CUSTOM ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS
Schedule an initial meeting with our architectural designer to discuss your idea. If you like what you hear, a 50% deposit is due and the design work starts.
Within a few days, our designer will email you preliminary drawings of the interior to look at.
Once the interior layout is approved, we work on the exterior elevations.
Once the final design is approved, we send it to a 3rd party, licensed engineer. Some plans require more engineering than others.

(Price includes seismic engineering, truss engineering and floor joist engineering for building in Cowlitz County, Lewis County and Clark County,. It does not include additional structural engineering that may be required. Any additional engineering costs is paid to a 3rd party structural engineer).
